Big O Tires

I give this Big O Tires a 5 + Review. My husband needed new Wheels and Tires and we got excellent service from Kevaun. He helped us with what we needed and ordered them and they were put on the very next day!! Absolutely great Customer Service!! We will definitely be back!

An online store sent me a SEVERELY warped new tire for my lawn tractor. Absolutely no way I’d be able to set the bead on my own. I took it to two tire centers who wouldn’t help me. Big O was the third. The old guy at the front desk wasn’t amused (me either) but the fellas in the shop accepted the challenge and totally helped me out. Major thanks, Big O.

I thought I lost my wallet at the Lee Summit location. I went back to check becauseI I thought I had left it on the counter. After having them review the security camera, it showed I had put the wallet in my pocket.. They called me later to informed me they also checked the parking lot camera, thinking maybe I dropped it on my way to my car. They did this on their own just trying to help me out. Unfortunately to no avail. They went out of their way. Just a heads up the wallet was found later on the street and returned to me by a concerned person. Which wasn’t easy. I live most of the time in California, so all of my contact info was California, but was visiting in Missouri. I feel the need to point out what a great experience I had with Big O Tire.

I really wanted to take the time to share my wonderful experience here today at this store. After 3 very disappointing visits to Firestone on market road I was so stressed out over my tire situation that cost me 2 emergency tire truck repairs and 3 trips to FS just trying to get my car back in the road all from a flat. I made an appointment here and I was “in and out” in 30 minutes with the whole issue resolved to perfection. I got a couple nice smiles from the staff and they listened to my issues, but most importantly I left with a confident feeling after letting the pros get me back on the road again ! You guys earned a lifetime customer today and I’m so appreciative and grateful for the service I received there !

This was my first experience with Big Oand it was out of nessesity. My daughters car had an irreparable flat. They were the closest. Service was fast and friendly. What stood out was what happened two days later. The new tire had a blowout due to a road hazard when we brought it back. The warranty process could t be easier. Hunter was amazing, not to mention knowledgeable and friendly. She went the the extra mile to make sure my first experience was good despite having a issue with the tire so soon. Oftentimes the best way to judge a company is how they treat you when there's an issue because in life there's always going to be some. Thanks again Hunter ;)
